El Yunque Rain Forest

The sky drips with water and the forest drips with green.  The coqui frog dominates the forest conversation and tiny colorful birds flutter by.

There were interesting critters on the ground as well as in the sky…

And let’s not forget the amazing plant life in the rain forest – here plants hang off of other plants…

Vines dangle from the treetops

Rain forest flowers

Holes in the umbrella tree

Bromiliads sit atop a rock

The sun makes its way through the canopy

All that water’s got to go somewhere…
